How long does shipping take?
wholesale orders take 14-28 days to be delivered.

What is the minimum order quantity?
We have a minmium order quantity of 3 packs of 12. Total 36pcs. Alternatively if you would like to order one piece, Add to your cart request a sample of the item  you want and write a note of the size and we will process your order.

Wholesale orders

Do you custom orders?
Sure, we offer two types of custom orders-

-Wholesale custom fabrics and brand  labels.
-Custom designs-You can provide us with your own designs or contact us via our contact page (response in 24hrs or less) and our factory will be in touch.

There is something wrong with my order?

If there is something wrong with your order, we are more than happy to help. Contact us now and we will respond in less than 24hrs. 

Cancel my order

Orders might be able to be cancelled within 24hrs. Please note that as soon as we recieve orders we start processing within the hour. There are instances that it might be late to cancel.
